Many operators sell through layers: a master, the agents who work for them, and the sites each agent runs. The back office models that structure exactly as it is, as a tree, and builds permissions, visibility and reporting on top of it.

For each domain you decide how the book looks, which currencies it accepts and which betting limits apply. Two sites in the same network can speak to very different audiences without getting in each other’s way.
Multi-currency, within the master’s boundaries
Each domain works with the currencies you choose, under one rule that keeps the system tidy: a domain can never use more currencies than those enabled for its master. The network grows and the accounts stay readable.
A site can change agent
When the network is reorganised, a site can move from one agent to another, taking its players, credit and history with it. No data is lost and no player has to start over.
Accounting at every level, with reconciliation as the guarantee
The numbers have to add up at whatever level you look at them. The back office lets you review accounts by master, by site, by individual player and down to the single ticket, and pairs them with a reconciliation check that confirms they are consistent.

Can one agent see another agent’s players?
No. Each agent sees only their own branch of the network: their sites, their players and their numbers. The full picture stays with the master.
Can I move a site from one agent to another?
Yes. The site moves to the new agent together with its players, credit and history, without losing data and without forcing players to start again.
Can each domain work with different currencies?
Yes. Each domain uses the currencies you choose, as long as they are among those enabled for its master: a domain can never have more.
Which filters does the ticket list offer?
You can filter by sport, tournament, market, live or prematch, odds range and number of events. Every view can be exported.
How does the booked betslip work?
The player builds a betslip and books it instead of placing it immediately. They receive a code that identifies it, which is especially useful for operators with retail shops.
